Dabai fruit or best known as sarawak olive fruit.

Most of people does know this fruit itself.it taste bitter a little bit and oily.If people taste it for the first time, maybe they dislike it because it taste weird. After a eating it everytime, you will feel that you want it more and feel addicted to eat it more. Famous in sarikei,sibu to lawas. i heard some stories from people that some of the people in semenajung does not know about this fruit, some also does not know how to cook it.i laught went i heard that they try to fry it....This tropical fruit grows very part of sarawak. It also a season fruit and only ripped in august or september and sometime in november and december. i think my friend in semenanjung should try this fruit. once you try it....you never stop to eat it

There is always another Gaban in UiTM, but only one left that is taking bachelor in Sport Management. Some people is hard to remember my name because is too long. some even spell my name wrongly, but i guess their must be confuse my name with usher the R&B artist.But for me, it doesn't matter at all because it is more simple for them to remember me.By looking throught my name people always taught i have a mix blood with malay family, but i'm not. my name is very special because it represent who i am. People always ask me, " where are you from?, what race are you?, and i said " i'm from Sarawak, and my race is "orang ulu" from the Sarawak native. People are astonish when i said that.Gosh it is hard for them to understand what i'm telling them. So i'm Gabriel Asher Wan Jok, the last Orang Ulu tribe in faculty of Sport science and Recreation. My life start in UiTM since Diploma at UiTM Samarahan in Sarawak. i have been Study in UiTM for 3 years taking my diploma in Sport Studies. Gosh, i will grow old study in UiTM. Now i'm 23 years old, and still studying. My old Batch during diploma now are doing their practical session. I miss them all very much. Well they life is fair, because they have their chances to proceed their degree studies after finish their diploma, but for me i have to wait for 1 year to proceed my degree because i have to take care my father that is ill because of heart diease. Thanks to god i manage to return to UiTM and contiune my studies, because HE knows what i'm doing is the right thing to do. Now i'm here in shah alam to profill my dream and to go home to Sarawak with the degree scrol. That is all that i want to share to the people so that their know how my life is all about.
